Can I take the Bar Exam before I Graduate from Law School? |
Answer:
Most jurisdictions require that a person earn his or
her JD, or law degree, before taking the bar exam. However, certain states – including Texas, Iowa, and Kansas – do let students take the bar examination before graduation. This is not recommended, however, as most students find that they need information from all three years of law school as well as additional intensive study time to pass the bar.
